Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Return requests must be made within 21 days of the original hardware ship date.
​Lifetime software license fees are fully refundable within the return window.  After the return window ends the fees are non-refundable.
Subscription software license fees are non-refundable.
Restrictions:
  • You must get prior acceptance before sending returns.  Returns received without authorization will be refused or sent back via freight collect.
  • Returned hardware items will be inspected and must be accepted before refunds will be processed.
    • All returned hardware items must be received in unused, complete and resalable condition.
    • Damaged, worn, incomplete or mishandled items will not be accepted for refund.
  • Buyer pays shipping on returned items.  Shipping by insured freight is recommended in case of damage in transit.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Systems cannot be returned from outside of the USA.
  • Return shipments must be received within 14 days of authorization.

Exchange Policy

Certain items may be exchanged for other items within 30 days of the original hardware ship date.

Restrictions:
  • Restrictions on exchanges are the same as the above restrictions on returns.
